This is it!
The final season of Mad Men begins Sunday, April 13th. I was a late comer to the series, but I quickly became a fan.
As we get ready to say goodbye to some of TV’s most richly flawed characters, I can’t help but wonder what they have taught us and what we have learned.
So in honor of the Mad Men’s final season, I will share the leadership lessons I have gleaned from some of our favorite Mad Men characters.
Let’s kick off the season with “Don’t be Don Draper”, deconstructing his leadership and considering more effective alternatives for Millennial leaders and others leading in the 21st century.
