There are two Coaching programs we offer; The Accelerator for C-Suite Executives, Start-up Founders, Millennial and emerging leaders, and the Kickstarter for entrepreneurs looking to make their start.
Coaching is your opportunity to step back and learn from the challenges you face. You will learn more about yourself and your leadership. Coaching equips you with the interpersonal and leadership skills you need to become a more effective and confident leader and ensure your success.
As your coach, my role is to not only guide and support you, but act as your learning partner and sound board to advance your leadership development. If you were able to land a “regular” corporate job, your incredible drive might have meant that you found yourself in a position of power quickly. And if not? You said screw it and set out to blaze your own path by doing your own thing – maybe launching and running your own startup.
Either way, one thing’s for damn sure: You’ve got vision. But sometimes? You feel uncertain about your direction. Because with a lot of power and success, comes a lot of responsibilities.
Coaching is a unique resource because it is designed to fit your own individual needs and is especially helpful during change and transition. And sure, you’ve got friends to turn to.
